Body Confidence is Not Burlesque

Burlesque seems to go hand in hand with body confidence but I find it doesnt always sits well with me. Exposing oneself in a class is very hard to do, let alone removing clothes to literally expose yourself. I love the confidence it can give people but sometimes I think it makes people more insecure.
